About Our Founder and CEO, Nicoleen Dillard

Cross Intelligence Analysis, L.L.C was founded by a former Ultimate Software Business Intelligence Consultant and a United States Marine Corps Veteran, Nicoleen Dillard, with a special focus on IBM Cognos Analytics as well as UltiPro Business Intelligence. As a United States Marine Corps Veteran with a Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix, she has worked at various prodigious organizations such as Procurement Analyst at Ryder System Inc. and Business Intelligence Consultant at Ultimate Software. Nicoleen wanted to develop a trusted platform for businesses by incorporating her 25+ years of experience with the IBM Cognos Analytics Software. Hence, Cross Intelligence Analysis stepped into the industry with the passion for technology and unwavering determination.
